The Done List
Instead of writing a to-do list, what if we were to make a list of all the things we have already done? Acknowledging what we have accomplished is just as important as knowing what we still want to do!

Reflection Time
Making time in your schedule for reflection has many benefits. There are no prescribed methods or ways to reflect, but having some questions to ask yourself is just one way to start. You get to find when and how reflecting works the best for you and your life.

Mindset Shifts
We may have to shift our mindset based on the situation we are in. The way in which we look at or perceive things as they are happening makes a difference in how we approach a situation - especially if it is unexpected. We get to decide how we want to view things and how we want to move forward.

Perspectives
Your point of view or the understanding of the world around you is your perspective. You have the ability to look at things in different ways and your perspectives may even shift over time, but in order for this to happen it may take being a little curious.

Who Are You?
We are constantly finding out more about ourselves and figuring out who we really are. Our values, strengths, contributions, abilities, passions, and perspectives all help us to define our identity and how we show up in the world.

Seasons of Change
We all go through transitions. Changes provide us opportunities to get curious about who we are, where we are, and where we want to be. They also provide us with possibilities!
