The Done List April 2025 Edition

Do you criticize yourself for not doing enough when you come to the end of a day or the start of a new month? You will be a quarter of the way through 2025 and now is a great time to stop and think about how much you DID since the start of the year - in all the parts of your life - and celebrate that you got through this much!

This 90 minute session is designed to help you acknowledge ALL that you accomplished/completed/overcame so that you can go into the next few months more prepared, confident and ready to focus on what matters.

At the end of this session you will have a DONE LIST to show yourself. You will have written proof of all that you do and all that you don’t always give yourself credit for. And you will also realize that what you do is worth it!

This will be part guided discussion and part reflection/journaling to document the small the big and all the things in between that you DID since the start of 2025. This will not be a reflection limited to just ONE area of your life either because EVERY part of your life matters! In addition, this will NOT be a comparison between what you did and what everyone else did. This is about what YOU did.

You will want to bring to this session: something to take notes with, a calendar or planner that can remind you of appointments & activities you have had since January, a phone or other device with photos you can look back at, access to social media posts or visual reminders of what you have attended/participated in/etc.
