Doing It All: What It Costs & How to Improve Your Impact

Are you constantly overdoing it and over-committing to the point where you have no time for yourself?

Maybe you have been asking yourself...

  • What are the consequences or the costs of overcommitting?

  • How do you know when you are neglecting your health and well-being?

  • What are the benefits of knowing your values?

Trying to do it ALL, not knowing how to prioritize what is really important to do, and putting yourself last can lead to things like stress, exhaustion, health issues, a decline in your well-being…and ultimately burnout.

The Triangle Organization Development Network (TODN) is hosting Dani Choi at their March Change SIG for an interactive presentation to gain more understanding of how to go from overwhelmed, over-committed, and frustrated to feeling like you can effectively be of service to your clients, employees, community, AND to yourself while making a more meaningful impact!

Dani will share her own experience and lessons learned as she provides you with insights on how to manage your time and energy so that you can improve your impact and enhance your well-being.

Your main take-aways from the presentation will include:

  • Awareness of the costs you pay for trying to do it all and how that relates to your impact,

  • Clarity around how to take care of yourself and your well-being, and

  • Understanding how values play a vital role in doing what matters most with your time and energy so that you can sustain yourself.

Note: Registration is through the TODN and this event is being hosted by TODN.
