The Done List - Fall Edition

Do you criticize yourself for not doing enough? When was the last time you gave yourself time to reflect on what you have done ?


I invite you to join me virtually in my quarterly small group, guided reflection session on Wed. October 8th at 6 pm ET. Take a breath, look back with honesty and compassion, and realign with what truly matters as you move forward.

This 90 minute session is designed to help you acknowledge what you:
✔️ accomplished
✔️ completed
✔️ overcame

At the end of this session you will have a DONE LIST to show yourself so that you can go into the next few months PREPARED, CONFIDENT and READY TO FOCUS on what matters.

You will have written proof of what you have done given your time, energy, and circumstances over the past few months. On top of it, you will also realize that you are worth it and are doing ENOUGH!

Here are 3 reasons a reflective practice is especially important right now:

It counters self-criticism with clarity.
When we’re always looking ahead, we lose sight of how far we’ve come. Reflection helps us notice our wins - not just our gaps.

It helps us course-correct gently, not harshly.
You don’t need to hustle harder - you just need to check in with your values, energy, and direction. Small shifts can create big changes.

It reminds us we are enough.
Your worth isn’t measured by productivity. Reflecting helps you acknowledge your growth, your presence, and your effort - not just your output.

This will be part guided discussion and part reflection & journaling. This will not be a reflection limited to just ONE area of your life either because EVERY part of your life matters! In addition, this will NOT be a comparison between what you did and what everyone else did. This is about what YOU did.

You will want to bring to this session: something to take notes with, a calendar or planner that can remind you of appointments & activities from the start of the year, a phone or other device with photos you can look back at, access to social media posts or visual reminders of what you have attended/participated in/etc.
