This month we will talk about boundaries with OURSELVES. We will go through some reflection questions and discuss why honoring our own boundaries can be a form of self-respect. Caring for our own needs and respecting boundaries is one tool to help us avoid burnout.
The purpose of the ABC is to facilitate discussion, share resources, and build community so that we can AVOID burnout! This is especially for purpose-driven individuals drawn to helping people but is open to anyone that would like to contribute in a positive way in a supportive environment.
