Course Description
As our seasons of life change, so do our values and needs. We are constantly growing and learning. For this reason, it is important to reevaluate what we want to prioritize, what is meaningful to us and what we want to spend our time and energy on.
In this interactive and self-reflective course, you will take a look at your top three to five values and needs and consider how to align them with what you are doing on a daily basis.
You will take a close look at how you schedule your priorities, why self-care and setting boundaries are important, and the benefits of habits and routines. You will also come up with actions to ensure you are spending your time and energy in line with your values and needs so that you can make a bigger impact on yourself and on other people.
Come prepared to take notes for guided journaling and to engage in discussion.
In this course you will:
Identify your top 3-5 values and needs
Gain insight about how to prioritize tasks & activities
Understand importance of self-care, boundaries, habits & routines
Obtain tips on how to use time & energy in alignment with values & needs
Develop steps & actions to improve your impact
Course Information
Classes will be held on 4 consecutive Tuesdays starting on June 24th and ending on July 15th. They will meet virtually from 6-7:30 pm ET.
The class will be limited to 8 participants.
For this pilot class, participants can pay what they can.
